Right of Withdrawal & Return Policy

General Information

Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you would like to return or exchange an item, please read the following terms carefully. This policy applies to all products purchased from TORIS (torisback.com).

Statutory Right of Withdrawal (14 days)

As a consumer within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you, took possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement (e.g. by email):

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notification regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this reimbursement we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction.

Extended Return Period (30 days)

In addition to the statutory right of withdrawal, we voluntarily offer you an extended return period of 30 days from receipt of the goods.

Exceptions to the Right of Return

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Hygiene items (e.g. underwear, swimwear) that have been worn, washed, or whose labels have been removed
  • Items that are not in their original condition (worn, altered, or without original packaging/labels)

Condition of the Goods

For a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Unworn and unused
  • All original labels still attached
  • In the original packaging
  • Proof of purchase required (order number or order confirmation)

Return Process

  1. Contact us: Send an email to info@torisback.com within the return period. Include your order number, the reason for the return and, for damaged items, photos.
  2. Return authorization: Our customer service will review your request within 1-2 business days and send you a return authorization number (RA) with return instructions.
  3. Shipping: Pack the item securely and send it to the address provided in the authorization email. Include the RA number.

Important: Returns without prior authorization may be rejected.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective, damaged or incorrectly delivered items: We cover the return shipping costs.
  • Return due to change of mind: The customer bears the return shipping costs. We recommend a trackable shipping method.

Refund

After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will refund the purchase price within 5 business days to the original means of payment. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed.

Exchange

For defective or incorrectly delivered items, we offer a free exchange. For exchanges due to size or color, we ask you to place a new order and return the original item according to the return process.

Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet been shipped. To do so, send an email to info@torisback.com with your order number.

Lost or Undelivered Shipments

If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact our customer service. We will open an investigation with the shipping carrier and provide you with an update within 3-5 business days. Should the package not be found, we will offer you a full refund or a replacement shipment.
