Shipping Costs
Shipping costs depend on the destination country and the order value. They are calculated during checkout and displayed before you submit your order. There are no hidden fees or surcharges. The total price shown at checkout is the final amount.
Germany
- Standard shipping: 5.99 € (for an order value up to 54.99 €)
- Standard shipping: free (from an order value of 55.00 €)
- Express shipping: 9.99 €
EU countries
- Standard shipping: 13.99 €
Other countries (international)
- Standard shipping: 19.99 €
Shipping Regions
We deliver to Germany as well as to the following regions:
EU countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.
Other countries: Australia, Canada, Switzerland, the United Kingdom and the United States.
The available countries and shipping options are shown to you at checkout. Please check there whether your country is available.
Processing Time
Orders received Monday to Friday before 2:00 PM are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders placed after 2:00 PM are processed on the next business day. Sundays and public holidays are excluded from processing.
You will receive an order confirmation by email as well as a separate shipping confirmation with a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
Delivery Time
The standard delivery time within the EU is 7-14 business days after processing. Including processing time, the estimated total delivery time is 8-17 business days from the date of purchase.
With express shipping (Germany only), your order is processed with priority and shipped first.
Deliveries to countries outside the EU may take longer depending on the destination country and customs clearance.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Occasional delays may occur due to high order volumes, holidays, weather events or issues with the shipping carrier.
Fulfillment & Shipping Process
We work with experienced international fulfillment partners who handle the entire shipping and logistics process on our behalf. Products are shipped from our fulfillment partner's logistics center and delivered to our customers.
Order Tracking
After shipping, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can track your shipment at any time on our tracking page or directly on the shipping carrier's website.
Note: Tracking may take 1-2 business days after shipping to become active. If your tracking number does not update after 5 business days, please contact our customer service.
Delivery Issues
- Delayed packages: We will investigate the matter with the shipping carrier and inform you of the current status within 3-5 business days.
- Damaged packages: We will arrange a replacement delivery or refund the full purchase price. Please send us photos of the damaged item and the packaging.
- Lost packages: If your package does not arrive within the estimated delivery time and the shipping carrier cannot locate it, we will offer a full refund or a free replacement shipment.
